Outside my writing, I’m happiest spending time with my family and switching off with a stack of records on the turntable. When I’m not plotting grisly murders, you’ll usually find me walking, recharging by the coast or in the countryside, hunting down good coffee, or gathered around a table for a fiercely competitive board game. I’ve also got a lifelong soft spot for horror movies—there’s nothing like a good scare on screen to spark new ideas for the page.
